Our Story

We Are 15

Students.

One Mission.

we learned it. now we teach it.

Founded by 15 MCA students of Calicut University Campus, WE15 exists to destroy the paid project center model — one student-built deployment at a time. We help CS and MCA students bridge the gap between blackboard theory and real-world software engineering.

Our Story

Standing Against Exploitation

Every year, thousands of computer science and MCA students across Kerala graduate without being able to write a basic code file. The academic curriculum focuses on blackboard theory — leaving a massive practical knowledge vacuum.

This vacuum created a predatory industry of paid project centers. Students pay ₹5,000–₹15,000 to buy pre-compiled code, copy-paste reports, and memorise viva answers they don't understand.

In 2026, 15 MCA students from Calicut University Campus decided to break this cycle. We built WE15 — an open, community-driven training system where every student writes, structures, deploys, and defends their own software.

The Vision

A self-reliant generation of student developers across Kerala — who can ideate, build, deploy, and defend real software, completely independent of paid tutoring centers.

The Mission

Structured, hands-on full-stack training through open-enrollment campus workshops and personal developer mentorship — making every enrolled student viva-proof and deployment-ready.

Our Culture

The Values

We Build By.

01

Empowerment

Students build their own projects from scratch — no copied code, no bought folders, no empty submissions.

02

Accessibility

Premium full-stack training and 1-on-1 mentorship at a fraction of what predatory project centers charge.

03

Community First

Peer-to-peer learning creates deeper understanding than any corporate lecture or blackboard theory session.

04

Accountability

Every student owns their project — from the first wireframe to the final production deployment URL.

05

Transparency

All fees, timelines, and cloud configs are communicated upfront. No surprises. No hidden costs.

The Student Journey

How WE15

Works.

nine steps. one real product.

01

Discover

Our MCA team visits colleges in Calicut and Malappuram, running live 30-minute full-stack demos right inside classrooms.

02

Apply

Complete our Programme Advisor form — your college, tech background, and project goal. Takes under 3 minutes.

03

Skill Assessment

We map your knowledge to the right starting point. Zero experience? We begin with Web Foundations.

04

Learning Path

A tailored 12-week curriculum assigned to you — Next.js, Python, Node, or Mobile, aligned to your project goal.

05

Build

Write every line under senior MCA guidance. Databases, auth, REST APIs, frontend — all authored by you.

06

Deploy

Push to GitHub and deploy on Vercel, Railway, or Render. Get a permanent public URL you own.
